take a shot of it and drink plenty of water and sprite to ease the stomach.
i always use a bit of "hair of the dog" the next day to stop a hangover...as well as plenty of greasy foods.

it wont prevent a hangover, only delay it. only one way to avoid hangovers for surefire certain... dont drink alcohol.. its guaranteed!
