In an omelet with onions cheese and ham or salami
I love my eggs hard scrambled with onions and green peppers in them and after they are on the plate, I put butter and shredded cheese on them and let the cheese get all melty.....Ok, I'm hungry now....
either scrabled or overeasy....lol....but i have to put onion and cheese on it !!!! anyone else got sum special toppings for their eggs?

iggy in a basket or soft boiled, i like poached too
scrambled, not overcooked or dry scramble, just medium done scrambled with some mayo..
Usually I like them over-easy or in omelette form.
