I think you are dumb... you cannot sue random people for the hell of it. A lawsuit takes time, and must have strong evidence. You are going need more then I have poor eyesight from watching Baywatch. The judge is going to say well you should have not set so close to the television. You might wanna re-think this one. You have no basis for a case, and anything can see right through you.

there was a couple of fat teenagers that tried sueing mcdonalds a couple of years ago for making them fat i don't now what the result of the court case was though.
