Why do we put hot sauce in the refridgerator?!

Question: What, to cool it down? Hot sauce? How is it *still* hot even after refridgerated?

But, why call it hot sauce if you want to make it cold after the first use? Cold "hot" sauce? What? Why not...

...Room temperature sauce?

In fact, I'm copyrighting that, right now. Expect to see aisles of Room Temperature Sauce in your local grocer.

Your an idiot.

We have some in the fridge... and some on the table.

well there is a difference bettween like temperature sort of hot and the flavor hot. so you keep it cold so it doesnt go bad though im not sure it can.

duh, it's not to cool it down but to prevent it from spoiling. it's made with perishable ingredients.

...so it doesn't go bad. Refrigerators aren't just for temperatures you know.

"we" dOnt put it in the fride "yOu" do.
