London Zoo. I know its cold but that is the best time - there are less people around.

Head to embankment there you have the london aquarium, the london eye, boat trips, big ben, the guards on horses not far from trafalgar square.
I took my 3 yr old a couple of weeks ago and he loved it!!
Didn't do the london eye though!

The natural history/science museum then off to hyde park to feed the ducks and let the kids have boat ride on the serpentine. Then off to find a place to eat by the Thames...you better get cracking the days almost over.
