80-90's kids tv?!
Question: im not sure which decade, everything gets re run so much nowa days, but i think its the 90's. Im 19 and used to watch a certain cartoon on Cartoon Network when i was a kid, all i remeber is that there was a gang of crime fighting kids ( i think) and they all had a special ring which had a s special power. Like one had ring that cud make fire and think one had a ring that cud make water, no clue??
