Quick acoustic guitar question?!
Question: this may be a dumb question but i just started playing with a tab like this

B|----3------3-----3-----3-----|
G|--------------------------------|
D|----0------0------0-----0----|
A|--------------------------------|
E|--------------------------------|
where the 3 and the 0 re on the tab at the same time (vertically the same)? i do both at once if im not strumming it? i hope i dind't make that confusing

the top lines are the bottom, or higher in pitch, strings.if the string doesnt have a number on it, then u dont play it. so youd have to mute g. or you could just play it like this:( its a G/D chord)

Yes you have to do both strings at the same time. Obviously the 0 means no fingers on that one.
I think you play that as if they are cords. So on the 5ht and 6th strings (counting from the bottem up) you play on the 3rd fret! And the 3rd srting open. Have fun!
