they do ferment a bit and 12 for gods sake
before they turn into cider they will have to stay a little longer in your stomach...it won't happen over night...and besides over nigth your stomach will be empty again, so no, the apples haven't turned into cider. But I do understand why you don't feel well...12 apples?
Oh and an acid surrounding like you stomach isn't ideal for the fermenting proces ;)
