The answer is simple. Youtube. Heres how:
1. Download the internet browser Mozilla Firefox (free) (www.mozilla.org)
2. Download the add-on "Media Pirate" for firefox, which you will also find at mozilla.org.
3. Download RIVA FLV Encoder (just google it)
4. Go to the video on Youtube you want to download and press the Media Pirate logo in the top right corner of your Firefox browser.
5. Convert the file to an .mpg file using RIVA FLV Encoder.
It may look difficult, but you can, with a reasonable internet connection, download videos fairly quickly.
