Should I play the original Half-Life, or watch Superbad?!
Question: I have played Half-Life before, and I've watched Superbad before, but for some reason I really want to do one of those things...

That is a really weird question.
That being said, I recommend re-watching Superbad simply because there is less commitment.
If you sit down to watch Superbad again, you can snack while you do it and you can ask someone to join you so it'll be different than before in a lot of ways in terms of setting.
If you commit to re-playing Half-Life... well you can't snack as easily, and no one can really join you since I assume you mean you want to re-play its story so it'll be pretty much the same and you'll be bored for sure!
I didn't even like Half-Life that much... there I said it. Not to mention the time difference between the two!
