agreed. however i hated soulja boy until i heard some songs off the album. i find that most radio singles suck and you have to dig deeper to know an artist. but crank dat will always blow.

Hype and more hype. Whateva is in da charts and radio aint real music, its just a cash cow for greedy record labels. The real inspirational music that has a message and is funny and cool and uplifting is like not dat well known and you have to get out there and find it. I have recently got into Irish singer Roisin Murphy, British Brazilian act Afrofiesta and Japanese turntabalist DJ Krush.
Pop music from 90's is betta than da crap dats bein released now, now its all bland samey formulaic rnb and rap that like all have the same beats and lyrics that dont mean **** probably because thats what little teenagers seem to understand.
Good artists never ever get the commercial success they deserve in UK and US but they are like kinda popularish in Europe and Russia. Quite a few Arabs like British band Coldplay.
