Blockbuster Rewards free rental - confused?!
Question: Today I went to Blockbuster and after renting my movie, the cashier told me that I had earned a free rental. He handed me two receipts, one of which I thought was my coupon for the free rental. Upon arriving home, I realized that it was not. When they scan my card, does it show up that I have free rentals, or do I have to have that coupon? I'm upset that I did not catch this upon leaving the store.

Check the very bottom of your receipt. It should say
***Your free rental expires on 0?/??/08****
If it does then that will automatically show up on your accnt when they scan your card.but if the very last thing is:
***Rent # more before 0?/??/08 and earn 1 free rental!***
then the other receipt he gave you would have been your monthly free non-new release rental which you NEED to take back or some spam about email or updates. Always check the bottom of the receipts to see when you'll get your free rental and be updated on your own accnt.
