Is there a site where I can listen to -J-Pop radio shows?!

Question: Pandora.com never has the J-pop artists I want to hear....does anybody know of good site to listen to Japanese pop music?

DON'T say YouTube....I don't want to have to search through a million videos; I just want them to play while I am doing other things.
