OMG, i've never met anyone who likes As Cities Burn! I love their song "This Is IT". You've probably heard of The Almost, I think that they have the sound you're looking for...especially their song "Southern Weather". Also try Drowning Pool.

Mushroomhead.

mutemath
band of horses

If you're intrested in Lyrics

Check out some old school Leonard Cohen
(not sure if I spelled that right)

the band attention :]
or the polar bear club!
they both have myspaces!! so look them up :D

The Radio Dept.
The Brother Kite
Air Formation
The Daysleepers
Butterfly Explosion

I'm guessin' from the bands you listed you're already pretty familiar with Saosin, Coheed and Cambria, and bands like that. You may or may not know of the site, www.purevolume.com. That's where I go to find most of my bands. You can search by genre (indie, experimental, etc...) and here a few of their songs. It's a great site with a lot of "unknown" bands.

go to these websites and choose what you looking for. They came with lyrics and videos. Hope that helps.
If you can go to yahoo answers, then you can go to its music.

I love house music, deep house, funky house. But recently I watched Gladiator and there was a song by Enya on it, that was beautiful. So in the last couple of days i have been downloading soundtracks from my favorite films using lime wire. The Matrix, City of Angels, Reservoir Dogs etc.
