i doubt a snake would scare a burglar unless they are loose i your hous, in which case they wouldnt usually go out in the open.

You can`t. Snakes arn`t ferocious, they only bite if they feel threatened. A careful burglar will still make off with your stuff.....and possibly the snake too
Ooh, be careful, the snake might frighten the poor souls or hurt their 'lickle' feelings....you might get sued. This country thinks more about the rights of the burglar than those of the homeowner.
