I need help in finding a catchy name for the bar/pub i am purchasing in the near!

Question: It's a small bar/pub that seats about 40. It's in a very small town. The last 2 owners named it with their "first name's Hideaway". So, I don't want it to be another "Hideaway". Thank you.

How about something like Gone Away, or Going Away, or Hide away. Or My Little Niche...Or My Niche is Nice..or Gone To The Corner..Or Corner Quiet, Quiet Corner...or Corner Table....Time Out...Corner Yap..Corner Rap...Table Space....Pub Crawl...Pub Hub.....You'll serve wine so how about Pub Wine..Or Pub Whine....Or Whine here...or Tell me Your Troubles...My Little Pub...or PUBlic space.....

idk... hmmmm. howzabout, the beer bar
lol i dunno but make it something fresh and young too so that you can get some popular customers that are young and willing to advertise

near future means you have not bought it yet. can you get the liquor liscense? if the town is that small then it probley dont have that many liq. license to begin with. also the ins. are very high dealing with the public id wait till i checked into the laws and insurance before i bought it.

Double Cross

What do you want people to think of when they talk about your bar? The fact that it's a local place? Then incorporate a local landmark in the name. E.g., "Icehouse Pond". Or maybe the fact that it will have wireless internet access (for example)? In that case, how about "SideBar"? That it's a strong, macho place? ("Crowbar"). That the new owner is conservative? ("RePUBlican"). Liberal? (BARak!) Maybe it's an inclusive of place... "Bar None". OK, enough puns. Maybe you want to encourage a literary clientele... "Eagle and Child". Or you want to emphasize the coziness of the pub... with a younger crowd: "Less Than 40" or simply "The Small Bar". Or for that secluded feeling, how about naming it after FDR's private retreat, "Top Cottage".
