Question: I am hungry already!! I never eat breakfast and just before Christmas i lost a bit of weight due to diet and a small operation, had rather alot to eat over Christmas and felt positively stuffed the whole time (not nice!!) now i am back on my diet and i am starving all the time, My stomach rumbles even when I am not hungry any one got any ideas, or should I just give in an have something to eat??

omg i now what you mean Ive had breakfast and I'm hungry its cause I'm on a dirt.Threes still lots of chocs and goodies left from Xmas and I'm like shall i, no i wont, one wont hurt (one always turns into another).Its driving me mad .and my family are having fish and chips from chippy for tea .God I'm not gonna last the day .Good luck to you anyway

Have some fruit; bananas are good for quelling the hunger pains and they are also good for you.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, miss lunch instead.

I find drinking fizzy drink or lots of water helps fill me up and don't chew gum as that will make you more hungry!!

omg is it am still in bed lol had no breakfast or shower or anything but then again i got nothing to get up for i got a bit of a cold and its to cold to get out of my bed. why dont you have some fruit or breakfast bar

I all ways keep a package of Zesta Saltine crackers just for this occasion.
i snack on a few and my hunger is curved.
lol

just eat small ammounts of food but more often

eat something.
