Well usually when my mind is occupied by something and i'm holding an object in my hand, I tend to just start to gentlely bite it for some reason. >.< really anything that gets in my hands is not safe, i'm like a toddler except I don't leave spittle all over things... its kind of a habit now...
Yes, I bite/chew on my fingers and nails when I am bored (usually my pinky finger).
