Concert scales?!

Question: I play clarinet.
I have an audition coming up.
If the judge sais "play your b flat scale." would it mean concert b flat? So I would start on a C?

"play your Bb scale" means to play Bb C D Eb F G A Bb
"play Bb concert scale" means C D E F G A B C

If they don't say "concert" pitch then we may assume they mean instrument pitch. If we assume wrong and they say something - don't apologize (they know they failed to communicate), just play the other.

Be sure to read the audition instructions though - if it says "major scales in concert Bb C F G" etc... then we know they expect concert pitch when they ask.
