Depends where you go, most venues will have a restriction of 14+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, but there are no official age restrictions for the show itself.
I would imagine it would be eighteen, most comedians are now.
(I went to see him a few years ago when he filmed his Cardiff DVD and absolutely loved it, well worth the trip).
