I personally think it let them spend money on drugs when they should have been spending it on food...like when you give a homeless man $5 and he goes and buys beer instead of food...i'm not saying it was wrong, but i'm not saying it was right either

Yes, they are still people and if someone had been better to them when they were younger maybe they wouldn't have ended up in prison.
