No, I know for a fact that there is a season 3 where they are in Panama
Its going to continue on January 15 (on global & fox in Canada) but i don't think its the final season...i hope not!
I believe a spin off is planned. They is supposedly a woman who appears on season 3 (named Molly I think) who will be sent to prison by the company. The spin off will be set in a womens prison, I think the proposed name is Prison Break:Cherry Hill

Season 3 is there--with 8 episodes released. They're in Panama...and Michael's in Sona...watched it all.. =)
The next episode or season (im not sure which) releases on the 14th of Jan.
