What questions should i ask when buying an electric guitar / bass guitar?!
Question: i've been to a couple of stores, and asked some questions and tried a couple of bass guitars, but i need a bit of help again.

Is this a 'real' instrument?
It it 'set up' or 'calibrated'? Is it in 'intonation?'
I always ask them, 'is this a guitar you would buy?'
Go to 3 shops and let them to talk so you will know about it much more.
um how much is it
1. is it full size or 3/4 ? full size is better if your are tall
2. what kind pickup it have (single/ hummbucker) ? hummbucker is better sound
3. what kind of wood the body made of (maple / deep base )? maple is better acoustics .
4. does it come with gig bag , tune pipe or tuner, extra set of strings , picks, warranty
I never ask.I research and then test it myself.Look down the fretbord to examine action.Do a touch harmonic test.Then play it.
