They claim to have the complete box set- all region, Japanese with English and Chinese subtitles. It could be a bootleg, though, so use your own judgement

There are no region 1 dvds yet. That means a DVD that will play in the typical play in the player you probably have.
You can import DVDs but unless you understand Japanese it wouldn't do you much good, not to mention it would be expensive. If somebody posts dvds with English subtitles they are BOOTLEGS. Do not buy bootlegs lest you want to be a massive tool.
