What reflects how others see me best, my reflection in the mirror or pictures?!

Question: I only recently noticed that the reason I look different in the mirror to how I look in photo's is because the image in the mirror is reversed. But does that mean I'm looking at a lie every time I look into the mirror?

I was wondering the same thing just now! My photo image is not what I see in the mirror. Sometimes it's prettier and sometimes it's not so prettier...lol. Which is the truer image?? I'll post this question, also, and see what response I get!
