My kids get me up at about 5:00am. I go make a pot of coffee. Wash my face. Shoot, I forgot to charge the video camera again. Plug it in and start filming my kids opening up way to much junk to find room for.
I make Biscuits and Gravy, we all eat and then get cleaned up, load up the SUV and hit the road to my sister in laws house where my kids get more stuff than I have room for. Hugs, Kisses, we need to see each other more, load up leave, get home.....sigh......Glad that's over.
Kids ask... "how many more sleeps till next Christmas?"
Wouldn't change a thing!!! Well except for the charging the camera part....Think I'll go plug it in now.
Hope you have a wonderful one!!!

With family getting pi55ed!!!!!

i go visit relitivs

dinner with family and church the night before..

I stay home. im pretty much a loner on holidays. : ]]]]

At home first, then eat a good basic hearty breakfast with eggs orange juice bacon sausage then go to relatives. Then we get together and exchange gifts one by one watching each person opening their presents. then we play/use/see what each gift consists of. Then go shopping for an hour. Then we do what the eldest person (of the house were in) wants to do and then we go ahead and do it. Sometimes we sing songs or watch movies. While Grandma with my mom's help fixes up some awesome apple cider.

starts out noisy with my hubby and three kids age 2,3 and 9. then later it get noisier with friends and family!

WITH FAMILY.

with my family

Flying out to spend it with the inlaws.

family round eat too much drink too much
sounds good to me

Around those I truly love...that is usually alot of people soooo it gets pretty noisy but it's a serious celebration with alot of food!

i celebate by opening presents at 7:00 wiht my grandma at my house, and then my neighbors always come over to see what we got, and then we drk wine and orange juice, and then later thet day we always go to my aunt and uncles in Lac Du Bonnet but every second year they come to our house christmas day ???

eat, drink and sleep. (in that order). oh yeah don't forget watch james bond!!!!

My family gets together and reads from Luke 2. After that, we pray and then one person at a time, we hand out presents to family members. Since there is now 9 of us, we're pretty loud. Then we have a family dinner and hang out with our different friends.

unwrappin pressies, eating with family gossipin with cousins, moaning about going out that night blah blah story of my life lol

With gratitude to the Almighty for blessings bestowed upon me, my loved ones and friends, and for all the goodness enjoyed on the day. Also will expend a lot of thought for all those who perhaps have not been as fortunate to be in a position to celebrate and enjoy Christmas.

At home with the family, watching the queens speech then eating too many chocolates and lots of noise

Commercial outfits celebrate it too early, I believe Christmas should only be celebrated between Dec. 1 and Dec. 25

My Dad just doesn't have room for a tree.

Nothing special really happens here for Christmas. Listen to Christmas stuff, eat food, open the first present on "Eve" and open the rest on Christmas Day.

Cozy up by my fireplace at:

Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve, then home to my house where we'll put the baby to bed (it's his first christmas!)

On Christmas morning it's my partner's parent's house, then in the afternoon my parents house for dinner, and then in the evening family comes over and we all have a glass of wine and a few games of Pictionary or Trivial Pursuit or something. Can't wait!!

How about you?

The turkey goes in on a low light late Christmas Eve with extra sausages and bacon. Children and grandchildren stay the night. We get up early Christmas Day and have the bacon and sausages on muffins whilst opening presents with some sloppy film on the telly. We open them alternately but hubby ends up having to miss turns as he gets the least pressies. We then have a drink and choccies later and play games with the kids. While dinner is cooking we watch cheesy things on the telly and then phone absent family like my mum and dad in Spain to wish them happy Christmas. We sit down for dinner about 2pm and have everything traditional you can think of, pull crackers, wear silly hats and tell cracker jokes and drink loads. Anything goes at Christmas!! We play Christmas Cd's and sing along. We then just slob around until about 8pm when we have a buffet and more drinks. All kids play silly games and we all join in. Get to bed in the early hours of Boxing Day. It is brilliant.

hi blue, knowing me i will have one huge hangover

I am usually p**sed by dinner time, so I don't know but I know my family are there in the mist of my drunken haze!
