hi blue, just lately i think eastenders has gone to the dogs
i like the show but theyre bringing in too many new characters, way too often. we dont even get much of a chance to get to know any of them and then theyre disappearing off our screens again!

Jean,Stacey's mum is a looper..(Cup breaker)The overweight girl is another dose but she's ok.On the other hand Steven,Ian beales son should be axed soon.Don't c the point of him in the show.Completly hate them..Weirdo

I don't like anyone of them on there. I enjoy a soap character by how I relate to them. I do not relate to any of these. They either do not seem real, or their personalities change from one week to the next.
They annoy me, because they are like caricatures, not characters
It's getting boring. Also it's not true to life. I lived there most of my life and know it's not. Acting is stilted, probably because there are too many episodes and they don't rehearse enough. The plots and events are invariably over the top and far-fetched and where in the East End would you fid such a low ratio of black and Asian people?
Remember Lou Beale? I met her a few years ago on Colchester Station. She said she'd left it because of this. She said if East London was like that in reality she'd commit suicide. I know she didn't mean it but she let me know she was really p****d off with the Soap.
yes i love the show specially Max's brother yummy :-) and i really feel sorry for Stephen. and the Mitchel sisters are so cool
There's no pleaseing some people!! Moan when they don't bring in new people, moan when they do!! Some of the new people are great characters, The 'fat' girl (how condescending) Heather,(played to perfection by Cheryl) is a brilliant character, and I bet millions identify with her. Bobby Davro as Vinnie is good too, wait till we find out his background story, and remember the vanman who picked up Pat?(ex-Bill) he will be back, with brilliant stories. The Mitchell sisters are going to give us great storylines, Jack Branning (eye candy!) will be a long termer, and Jean Slater is pure class! The actress who plays her does a fantastic job, and yes she is a bit loopy, isn;t that the point??!! I do agree though that Steven Beale should go.......that was a disaster. But bring it on Eastenders, it's all good....and great to see Phil back to all his rotten tricks!!
