Is there anyway you can find out a number if they've rang anonymously?!

Question: if you are a private subscriber; you have to register a complaint with police and follow the complaint with your telephone provider. The provider (eg: BT, Virgin media etc ) after the approval, will start monitoring incoming calls to your number.

If you are in the business of a virtual telephone operator (e.g calling card companies ) that must require a caller id in order to bill customers, then you have to apply for separate license for caller id with your carrier company.

Sorry but I don't think there is a way to find that out.
