How do i change my photo's into animated.gif format?!
Question: hay everyone im tryin to work out how to make my photo's flash diffrent colours..but first i need to change my photo's into animated.gif format and i was wonderin how do i do that and wat sites can i use that are free? and then after i have done that i was just wonderin if ne body knows sum sites where i can make my photo's flash diffrent colours? ones that are free to use...i would realli like sum help so if u have time to answer this queston it would be much appreciated =]
