How long do you sleep? i go to bed at 7pm get up at 8am then have a nap at noon.!

I sleep at 10,wake up at 5 get to college at 7 report to work at 8:30 leave work at 5, go back to college till 9 then back home my time is full and still dont get time to reverse i have to work hard to achieve my goals.
get some activities you can do.atleast sleep 8 hours aday and take 1 hour nap if you have the time.
dont over sleep your self

I guess you can call me a late sleeper because considering what time you sleep I sleep at 10'o clock and wake up at differnt times, I'm still in school so on week days 6:00 am and weekends 8-9 o'clock . Hope this satisfies you,

That is an excessive amount of sleep! Just like a lack of sleep is unhealthy, it is not good to sleep your life away either. The average 6-8hrs of sleep is wonderful. Naps are good on occasion, but unless you are under 3yo or over 60yo, it shouldn't be necessary to take one everyday.
Sleeping so much could lead to depression and a sedentary lifestyle will prove to be unhealthy quickly.
Plus, being a mother of three little ones...........I'm jealous!!

I sleep at 11.00pm and getup at 8.ooam...afternoon i cant bcoz i will be at my work place...A person should sleep atleast 8 hrs a day to keep his brain healthy...
