It's more of a hands on learning experience. Usually involving a qualified teacher who can show you what to do.
It's kind of hard to learn online. They may have some computer programs that can teach you something. But look into a local teacher if you can

you can browse and you will probably find a site, but it will not help you advance. you will learn very basics, and it will have it's limits. best thing to do is to find lessons so you can interact with an instruct and so the instructor can correct your form. form is very important, you can't learn form from reading or just watching a video from certain angle. actually, you don't even have to get an instructor. do you have any friends that play the guitar.
