Not likely; usually rabies is transmitted by bites. Was the kitty foaming at the mouth? I don't think you have anything to worry about . Just clean the scratch with disinfectant.

is the kitten foaming at the mouth and acting erratically?? if not then no you can't have rabies. the worst you could get is cat scratch fever..seriously just keep an eye on it. but i am sure you have nothing to worry about
i doubt it, unless the kitten had rabies then you don't have anything, if it makes you feel better then visit your doctor and get it checked out, if you haven't had a tetanus shot in awhile then you might want to go ahead and get one while your at it.
