Rewring a guitar is very easy, if you have the necessary mechanical and electronics skills. First off you need to be able to solder and strip wires correctly, and follow a basic wiring circuit. You also need to be able to remove the bridge and replace it exactly where it was located in order to replace the earth wire.

You'll also need a supply of the correct poteniometers (pots), capacitors and wire (shielded audio of good quality and earth wire), jacks and so on.

If you have the needed skills then the rest is very straight forward, if you have doubts then DO NOT attempt it as you can wreck your guitar if you get it wrong and it will then cost you quite a few dollars to get it sorted out professionally.
