IS THERE A PROGRAM WHICH CAN CONVERT(Real Video to AVI)????????!

Question: Ive got videos which are real video's so i use realtime player to watch them.I need to convert them to AVI so i can use the clips and make music videos on windows movie maker.So is there a program which can convert Real Video to AVI.What is it called and where can i download it.
