You can download off youtube a couple of ways.
1 Using internet explorer and the new verson of real player
2. Using firefox and getting an application that lets you download
3. Finding a site that does the downloading for you when you enter a link from youtube
I've used all the those ways and the kind I most recomend is using Real Player. It downloads the videos fairly fast and you don't have to use the annoying flv player to play the videos like you do when you get an application for firefox.

I don't know about downloading it, but you can get them on youtube or google.
i know there are a few websites which can record and save youtube videos for you.
try searching www.google.com and entering "recording youtube videos"
well i have the new realplayer verison i think its 9 or something and it allows me to download any video on the internet thats really good if you have that
