just take off from an office and other thinkg is that do not copy your co-worker ex, if they com to office on sunday do not follow them make your own rules and regulations and relax is the freedom that you wish to do it is not an ideas that some one who can give. Do what you want be for the happines that is known as the relax not others like watching TV, walking, drinking, surfing net, etc
so be happy by your self and just be relax.

quick bath or a nice soak in bath tub with fresh roses petals is highly rejuvenating if one doesnt have time for it then lukewarm oil massage of toes and hair will do wonders or simply feet soaked in warm water for only 5 to 10 mins will make one forget whole tension

hi, u can refresh urself depends upon ur likeness . well to me MUSIC is the best option. Light musics like RAGAs, GAZAL,KAROKE OF OLD SONGS,are helpful. In meantime u can also enjoy limejuice as it provides energy. Avoid taking coffee as excess may lead to depression.Avoid plaing mind tiring games like chess. AFTERA ALL IF U HAVE SOMEONE CLOSE ITS BEST OPTION FOR RELAXATION TO HAVE A CHAT WITH HIM/HER.

Sound body needs sound sleep as well for refreshing.But conveniently scheduling our work-time and leisure time with out detriment to the progress of work and enjoyment.
Day and Night has been conveniently designed and utilised for work and rest.
Think of a tiring day's work and rest after a sound sleep in sweet dreams and the re-laxity and re freshness.

1. Take a bath first which will help to fresh your mind and body.
2. Share your good and bad of the day with your beloved ones like parents, spouse, children etc.
3. Try to take the output of the day which will increase your strengths and reduce the weakness.
4. Plan the things for the next day.

After a tiring day i go home take a bath or wash my face, than sit for some time and eat some thing and than go for walk with friends or go on bike to some place and than come home.

If u have a tiring day, come home and make re;lax of your self and share the day with your mom and dad, and move outside with friends you will defenitly found some new experience.

Stuff your tummy full and take a good nap and watch some good videos on Internet with some of your fave dishes to crunch on...

I do work out... at least for 30 minutes... its takes our stress in the form of sweat and i feel light... relaxed.... as i am a bird .....ready to fly again....

I Spend some time at Khyber (J M Road,Pune ) with my friends.........

Take bath, spend time with loved ones, take them out for a ride, ice-cream/movie/etc... seeing them laughing/playing/enjoying every minute... or if I am alone.. take bath, watch a good romantic/comedy movie, cook some good food, have some beer, eat and sleeeeep.

I will refresh by sleeping for a few hours and also will listen for a nice melodious songs

some soft music,a hot water bath and a hot cup of milk before going to bed....!

major cities have water problems , too much bathing should not be encouraged

wash your face, go to the open terrace,look at the sky ,feel like a cool roof, talk to the birds what you couldnot that day,sing a song loudly, comeback , get your keys and drive a long long ....... and at last have a cigar if you like it
