Okay so my 13th birthdays comming up and i need help!?!
Question: im turning thirteen
i cannot invite boys cus my mom would be weird about it
just girls
dont want to exclued
about 10 people
need and out activity and then sleepover activitys for like 4 girls staying the night
dont want a cheezy kid sleep over
need to keep my friends entertained with stuff to do
no little kid art projects
parents will be home

Have a scavenger hunt.
People have to bring their digital cameras and take pictures of themselves doing 5-10 crazy things, all on a list. Whoever makes it to the finish line (your house) first wins a free DVD set, or something like that. Divide your friends into three teams and race.
Your friend's can be picked up at like 10, and then the girls sleeping over can just stay the night without talking about it much. It'll just look like they're waiting to be picked up.
Crazy things you can have on the scavenger hunt list:
*The teams taking a picture with a cute guy at the mall
*One person from the team trying on the ugliest makeup at the sample counter at Macy's
*The team interviewing a random guy
*One person from the team asking a stranger at a pizza restaurant if they can have a slice
*The team trying on a full outfit at a store and then asking the cashier if it makes her look fat
To win, the first team to get to the house has to have all 5-10 photos. Good luck!
watch a movie, eat stuff and take pictures. lol
first off dont stress and you wont believe how much more fun it is to sit around and gossip or playing tag outside at night is more fun than some planned event you thought of
i was going to suggest something, but I remember ur just 13
go shopping! t or d. watch movies. talk about stuff
ok if you want a " just a girl party" play games, eat and do something enterning.
for the sleep over other some funny and scare movie with a lot of pop corn and snacks
you will have fun without even notices the times

For my daughter's 13th birthday we rented 2 adjoining rooms in a local hotel. The girls had their privacy and were able to use the indoor pool till 11pm. We took them to Pizza Hut for dinner then they went back to swimming. I gave them breakfast in the morning and their parents picked them up at 10am.
Go skating, bowling go to buffett and pig out or have everyone dress up like a red carpet event, get a limo and everyone go out to a nice resturant. As far as indoor activities- have a dance contest-get that jump pad that connects to the TV, play Gestures, have an American Idol contest and let your parents judge, or America's Next Top Model and someone take pcitures of the girls made up and dressed up that way you will have a cool scrapbook to show off at school. Tell stories read diaries, call boys, etc....
Tough to make a 13 year old happy. If you were my son, I'd say an afternoon out at a place like Itz Pizza in Willowbrook or Track 21 Racing for speed racing on Hwy. 6 then pitch the tent in the back yard for smores and such. But... My daughters aren't that hard... movies and popcorn and they are good. My oldest turned 18 tonight, simple dinner and flowers. Good Luck and Happy 13th.
In a couple of years you won't need help, for now do what girls do, sit around ,eat popcorn, talk about boys, and years from now the people who were there will still be your best friends if you let them.
Something I did for my 13th birthday was gather a couple of my best friends and rented a hotel room and stay the night. You can go swimming there eat, maybe catch a movie nearby the hotel! Of course the ol' knock on people's doors and run! Have Fun.

A game im gunna play for my upcoming birthday is Human Tipi:
You can divide into two teams then one person from each team is the "tipi" both groups get a roll of toilet paper or so and whoever has the best "tipi" in a certain amount of time ( the less time the more fun) and for every game you can make up something that the lozers have to do i.e. freeze thier bras and make them wear them the next day.
Another really fun random thing to do is Sumo Wrestling:
two girls take a pillow and run as fast as they can into each other ... i know it sound dumb but it is really fun
