depends..check out the persons feedback...if its over 98% then thats good..also make sure they have sold quite a few things on ebay...more then 50 items is cool.
The real ones should come with some sort of certificate of authenticity. I'd be wary of the items that don't have anything like that.
Usually, they aren't. Think about it, you can make up a famous person's signature and sell it on ebay and the people wouldn't know it's not real. There could be some people who sell real autographs on ebay...if you really want a real autograph, your not guarenteed to find it on ebay.
