if you are not sure that even if you will return the money it will go to the owner. Keep it, rather than let other enjoy it. Coz even if you give it to someone and tell him/her to give it to the person who might come looking for it, they might keep it themselves.
you have the right intention though. But in situations like this, you cannot do anything really
if it was by the till it might have been a deposit that was droped by accident, you should return it to the shop owner
I think i would keep it.
You can turn it in,but they might not find the rightful owner.
They might not even look for the owner.
Keep it,enjoy it.
