In my opinion it is because in our society, sex sells. Women have been objectified for centuries .Some women participate in our own oppression by allowing the men in our lives (fathers ,sons, husbands,lovers) to make lewd comments. ("boys will be boys" attitude)
How we bring up our daughters plays into this as well.
The only way to stop it is for us not to participate in the oppression, and to not buy the videos.
Just because. Been that way since the 80's. Probably will never change.
