Dealing With Nerves?!

Question: I have a audition tomorrow for band. They take the top trumpet players and all the other band people from the region/area and make them audition till they get the top 30 or so, and i have that audition tomorrow. How do i Unnerve myself?

you're talented thats for sure...so thats one of the reasons y u shud unnerve urself...but bear in mind that u hav to b at least a little nervous to be a normal person..but usually, i tend to convert the nervousness into excitement, little by little, i cant really explain to u how it works but, u hav to somhow try..n i always console myself, if i put it in ur position, "the other trumpet players are also nervous, so i just need to be a little less nervous than them to play good" ....it works dude...trust me, you really can do it...the most important thing is, dont even mind other the other players, just play your notes and try to do it the best u can, n ull be surprised by the results...all the best.
