There is no specific reason except that the physical activity of females are slightly less. I think once Men... starts they don t tend to grow much that means till the age of 13 virtually. Whereas boys tend to grow upto the age of 16. So 3 years virtually makes a difference. Girls who are taller.. start men... later just check the data for correctness.
Not exactly ..there are lot of women who are stronger then men...
