Hollywood writers on strike?!
Question: Does anybody else besides me think that this is a good thing? They should fire them and get better writers. Look at movies. They've run out of ideas so long ago that they're now turning children's cartoons into adult movies.
TV is lame. The Simpsons hasn't been funny in years. They never should have brought back Family Guy the way it turned out, Leno has officially stopped being funny. He needs to stop turning to his band guy to play off his bad jokes. That idiot would laugh at anything. Are we supposed to then too?

Maybe they just ran out of ideas. Look at the "Best Movies of All Time" and you'll find rare films released way back in the 1970's (or earlier than that). There are so many fresh, untouched ideas in the air at that time. But now, they're all used up. Clever ideas are already taken. "We've seen it all before" - that's why your shows hasn't been funny for years.
Maybe, if you're born in the 50's, you'll laugh or be amazed by every idea that Hollywood concocts.

You forgot Stephen Colbert also i found him very entertaining when he talks about world events but when things get overboard its just too much. and it isnt a good thing, i mean they are on strke, you are losing your air times with new stuff, and its like a big waste of time, theres only so much ideas one person can give out you know. theres so many stuff on t.v now a days that so many people find funny but i find that same stuff hard to chuckle at if not at the stupidity of it all. i just dont see how some stuff could be funny to people, its time to grow up, ya you can be childish but some stuff are WAY WAY WAY too childish or just plain stupid. Ive never really found SNL funny, simpsons, nor family guy, and i have never watched leno.
