Stubhub is a good place to sell them. We have sold some NBA tickets on there before and it wasn't a hassle.
Seeing as they are Dane Cook tickets, I would sell them to a brain damaged idiot-man with no sense of humor. Hey, maybe Dane would buy them from you.
