I got a really good one, that I learned from your idol (criss angel, not green day :P)
Just take a tooth pick, and a piece of scotch tape, then tape the tooth pick to the back of your thumbnail. Then make a fist but then put your thumb inside your fist so that the tape is covered but you can still see the toothpick sticking out. Then all you have to do is open your hand, and POOF whered it go (it's actually on the back of your thumb but they cant tell) then you just go back to the position your hand was in before you opened it, then BAM it's back. Just practice in front of a mirror first though.
