If you are starting on the lowest A (the A below middle C), it is as follows:
A - 1,2
A# - 1
B - 2
C - open
C# - 1,2,3
D - 1,3
D# - 2,3
E - 1,2
F - 1
F# - 2
G - open
G# - 2,3
A - 1,2
If you are started on the A above middle C, it is as follows:
A - 1,2
A# - 1
B - 2
C - open
C# - 1,2
D - 1
D# - 2
E - open
