i don't keep track of how many pints of water i drink in an hour...you should loosen up a bit. just make sure you drink at least 2 full glasses a day and you should be fine. The whole thing where they say you have to drink 8 glasses of water a day...i don't think is true. If you drink water when you're thristy...you should be fine.
I drink about 1 gallon per a day.

Let's see... that would be a pint every five minutes. I can't even drink that much beer in an hour, but I once drank 32 pints of Guiness without taking a piss. Can you do that?
