Never mind that, where are you going to keep it?
since when can you win a horse?!?!?!?!?!?!
Good luck they aren't easy or cheap.
they eat hay, they like carrots...make immediate arrangements to deal with the manure...and contact a stable now - they can take care of whatever your horse needs - for a price.
sounds like a load of bull not horse!
who in their right mind would offer up a horse to someone who knows nothing about them?
You won a horse online? Please tell which competition was this? I thought the only animals you could win were goldfish wa ha ha :o)
If that is true (which I doubt it is) then you are in for a shock mate!!
Horses have completely different needs from one to another! I currently have an 18hh gelderlander which needs around £30 in feed alone each week - and then a coloured cob which needs very little. Both need stabling with bedding ie: straw or paper/shavings if they suffer from COPD (chronic obstructive pulminary disease) Hay or Haylage then there is the farrier at least once every 4-6 wks costing anwhere from £40 - £80. Vaccinations, teeth checks. Tack if you are going to ride and stabling/grazing fees. Unless you are wealthy enough to be able to afford it or lucky like me and live on a farm so get most free - you are buggered mate!!!
Odder and odder,as it is against the Law to offer animals, even a horse as a prize in the UK,expect a knock on your door from the RSPCA and the boys in blue very soon.
