Question: I'm having a party/sleepover for a small group of friends to celebrate the spice girls reunion. I need 5 names for each guest (different to the real names). Please help, thanks

Take a look at what your friends are like and go off that. If one of them is really smart you've got Smarty Spice or if she dances you could call her Dancing Spice or if she has kids Mama Spice (this would even work if shes just a motherly person).
Alternatively, if you've got a group of friends who pick on each other a lot (friendly jesting) you could go a little bit more risque. Things like Slutty Spice or Ditzy Spice, but it really depends how you think your friends would react. Make sure they are fun and can't be taken as too offensive. And definitely don't give one of these names to just one girl and not to the others.
Then there are other ideas like street names, pet names etc but they are kind of boring.
Seeing as you obviously really like the Spice Girls, i'm not sure if you'll like this idea, but what about alternative names for the real spice girls.
Trophy Wife Spice or Soccer Mum Spice (Posh)
Crazy named children Spice or Political Spice (Geri)
Paternity Test Spice (Scary)
Semi Sucessful Solo Career Spice (Sporty - I don't really know much about what she's done since the break up)
One Hit Wonder Spice or Somewhere Around Puberty Spice (Baby)
Or if you want to be really daggy you can go with names of cooking spices like Chermoula, Kashmiri Korma, Berbere, Curry and Harissa. I'd do that but then again I'm a complete dag!
