Some kind of light, air-bubble filled material that can replace concrete, which needs no little to manufacture, and doesn't require producing any CO2 in its' production.
The air bubbles would allow it to act as insulation. If possible, the material would be stronger than Portland Cement based concrete, would cure by absorbing CO2, and it would be nice if it were white or very light coloured. Or better yet, clear like glass. (To permit it to allow solar heat gain in the building). Colouring agents can be added to it.
It would also be nice if it actually cost much less to make than concrete. (Which it would if the manufacturing didn't need the high temperatures that lime production requires.)
The manufacture and distributing of concrete produces at least 10% of the CO2 that's being pumped into the atmosphere.
It should be easy to make out of common ingredients found everywhere.
An even better version of this would also be able to generate electricity if you added some common inexpensive compound, like iron oxide, or table salt...
Unfortunately, that isn't likely to happen soon.
